Temple Baptist College Technology Department is in its sixth year of integrating computers and information technology in the training Christian servant leaders for Business Administration, Christian Ministries and Education.

We are living in an increasingly "wired" world. Students of the 21st century are among people comfortable with TV's, VCRs, DVD's, cell phones, PDAs, computer internet games, internet chatting, web cameras, and web surfing.  The use of the Internet to stay in touch and make new contacts is becoming common for people of all ages.

Using computer technology, students will learn to communicate with the media of the day by preparing good visual presentations and becoming familiar with presentation equipment, and by knowing how to access, assess, and  produce Internet sources.  Students will also begin to develop a network of resources and contacts to build their  career.   

Temple Baptist College is helping the students to build the skills and resources that they will need in these areas. 
 

We have experienced faculty who have caught a vision for the role of information technology in the area of the Christian   Ministries, Business and Education. Together we are exploring new ways to accomplish our mission of training Christ-like leaders. Secondly, we have the necessary infrastructure, which has been developed over four years. Faculty members are now using the latest information technology, such as data projectors, smart whiteboards, multimedia authoring equipment and software, and web-based technology and resources. Our goal is that when student graduate, they will be spiritually, theologically, and technologically equipped to use the media of the day.
 

TBC Offer you to make use of the fully automated Library.  We have electronic cataloging, searching and circulating mechanisms. Students will be given the Identity Card at the time of  enrollment and they have to have the card at the Library checkout counter. Using the card you will be able to see the books available on the search screen which is placed in three different locations on the campus.
